Artemis Reigns

Summery

Artemis Reigns is a first-person action game developed by Umbrella Studios for our Major Production project at AIE. Player’s step into the boots of Vera, a world-renowned botanist, as she fights her way through a cyberpunk city that has been overtaken by natural forces.

The game features multiple randomly generated levels, an item upgrade system, and the ability for the player to unlock a dungeon crawler game mode. Each level has its own narrative structure and boss to defeat in combat.

My Responsibilities

  • Create and scheduled the production plan including milestones and their deliverables.

  • Identify roadblocks, project risks and provide solutions to those problems.

  • Oversee sprint planning, create and own the product backlog, and keep track of progress throughout sprints.

  • Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss status, completion of action items, resolve issues and share information.

  • Foster and enhance creative working relationships with the development team.

  • Serve as scrum master.
