Artemis Reigns
Summery
Artemis Reigns is a first-person action game developed by Umbrella Studios for our Major Production project at AIE. Player’s step into the boots of Vera, a world-renowned botanist, as she fights her way through a cyberpunk city that has been overtaken by natural forces.
The game features multiple randomly generated levels, an item upgrade system, and the ability for the player to unlock a dungeon crawler game mode. Each level has its own narrative structure and boss to defeat in combat.

My Responsibilities
Create and scheduled the production plan including milestones and their deliverables.
Identify roadblocks, project risks and provide solutions to those problems.
Oversee sprint planning, create and own the product backlog, and keep track of progress throughout sprints.
Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss status, completion of action items, resolve issues and share information.
Foster and enhance creative working relationships with the development team.
Serve as scrum master.
